Every facility, registration number and device on this site comes from FDA's openFDA bulk downloads. The current data is FDA's export of Oct 21, 2026.

Data provided by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (https://open.fda.gov). openFDA data is public domain under the CC0 1.0 dedication. FDA notes that openFDA results should be treated as unvalidated, and FDA does not endorse this site.
We do not use openFDA's UDI (GUDID) data, whose GMDN terms carry their own licence. Device names here are FDA's product-classification names.
Refresh
A scheduled job checks openFDA's download index every week and downloads the files again only when FDA's export date has changed. Each download is stored with its URL, size, SHA-256 hash and record count, and the build stops if the record count drops by more than 15% or the export date goes backwards.
